Our Integrated Cupping Systems span the globe.
With integration occuring at either the customers facility or our own facilities in the U.K. or U.S.A. we will ensure that the full system, from Upender to Cup discharge or just the Press and Die-Set, including our own Electrical Control System and Cup discharge conveyors will perform from the first.
Our Responsibilities as Integrators are:
- System Procurement
- Overall Project Management with agreed Targets and Milestones
- Contractor Management
- Design, supply and Installation of Electrical Control System
- CE Certification where required
- Ensuring the System meets all local Regulatary Requirements
- Provision of all Technical Drawings, Training Materials and other documentation
- In-house or On-site Training where required
- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) at Vendors facilities
- Delivery of Project plans and updates to agreed timeframe
Our recent projects have included use of both the Minster DAC 150-84 as well as other manufacturers Cupping Presses for both Steel and Aluminium Cup manufacture. This Press choice ensures the industry has a means of ensuring competition in this market
