With forming loads being critical to Press performance, TG Can Technology has developed a system by which not only loads are reduced but interchangeability of components is built in.

 

Because the staging is built into the Punch Plate and Upper Die-Shoe the system ensures that Cup quality is consistent across all heads and that in house personnel are easily trained to rebuild the Die-set if necessary.
