Upgrade packages available include:
- Installation of Clearview Cup I.D. System
- Conversion to Non-Round Tooling
- Installation of Lightweight Anodised Aluminium Stripper Plate
- Conversion to Swing-away Scrap Cutter
A typical overhaul would include:
- Diassembly and Re-grind of Die Shoes and Punch Plate
- New Pillars and Bushes
- Set retainer parallelism to Die-Shoe
- Realign all Tooling Stations
- Replace all Piston and Cylinder seals
- Re-install all tooling
- Repair/ Clean Stripper Plate(s)
- Reset Scrap Cutter
- Replace all pipe fitting and fasteners
- Carry out paper cut and supply detailed Inspection report
